Çoban Yoğurt is one of the oldest yogurt and ayran producers in Turkey mainly serving Istanbul. The company's well-known "Çoban" brand distinguishes its self with its natural production and traditional yogurt taste. It's most important feature is the company's boutique and specialized production. Çoban produces 80 to 100 tons of milk daily.
Çoban's growth strategy entails the widening of its product variety and range. Accordingly, new dairy products are being added to its product range, and new varieties to its foremost product of yogurt assortments.
